Fusion Conejo-Caracol – No. 154
Carved from a single piece of wood, this singular fusion brings together two symbolic beings: the rabbit (tochtli), a messenger of fertility, abundance, and intuition — and the snail (bichubé), guardian of emotional healing and quiet perseverance.
Its surface is adorned with hand-painted codices, grecas, and sculptural detail inspired by a dream — each mark echoing the depth of Zapotec tradition and the artist’s inner vision.
A contemplative piece that moves between motion and stillness.
Available exclusively at Xhuba Gallery. Enquiries welcome.
